We’re rolling out tap technology (the same contactless “tap” you use at the grocery store or coffee shop) so you can quickly access a secure web page with helpful resources—without scanning a code or downloading an app. Just hold your phone near the seat tag to instantly access resources such as first-time guest information, giving, and joining a serve team. This page is a temporary preview while we finalize the experience.

Hold your phone near the seat’s tap tag. Most recent iPhone and Android devices support tap technology—no scanning required.
2) Instant links
Your browser opens a secure web page with quick links to things like First-Time Guests, Giving, and Serve Teams—so you can take your next step in a few taps.
3) You’re in control
No app download needed. We don’t read or store anything from your device—tapping simply opens a secure web page you choose to use.

When will the tap experience go live?
We’re currently installing seat tags and polishing the experience. You’ll see service announcements as soon as it’s ready.
Is my data secure?
The tag simply prompts your phone to open a secure web page—no personal or device data is read from the tag. Forms you choose to submit are encrypted and processed securely.
