We’re rolling out tap technology (the same contactless “tap” you use at the grocery store or coffee shop) so you can quickly access a secure web page with helpful resources—without scanning a code or downloading an app. Just hold your phone near the seat tag to instantly access resources such as first-time guest information, giving, and joining a serve team. This page is a temporary preview while we finalize the experience.

When will the tap experience go live?
We’re currently installing seat tags and polishing the experience. You’ll see service announcements as soon as it’s ready.
Is my data secure?
The tag simply prompts your phone to open a secure web page—no personal or device data is read from the tag. Forms you choose to submit are encrypted and processed securely.
