CIRCLES?

Abundant Circles are small gatherings designed to help people grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and live out what God is doing in their lives.

Circles are not just meetings. They are spaces where people are known, encouraged, challenged, and supported. Whether you are new to church or have been walking with Jesus for years, Circles create room for connection, conversation, and spiritual growth.

HOW CIRCLES WORK

Meet Twice a Month
Circles meet two times each month, making it easy to stay connected without overwhelming your schedule.
Content + Conversation
One gathering is built around church based content. The other is a guided conversation using a podcast style discussion from our church leadership.
Real Community
Circles are designed to feel relational, safe, and welcoming, while still rooted in biblical truth and spiritual formation.

Church does not end when the service ends. Circles are where faith becomes personal and practical.

They are where prayers are shared, questions are welcomed, and lives are shaped over time. Circles function as the church outside of the four walls, creating spiritual family and lasting impact in everyday life.

Become an Abundant Circles Leader

Abundant Circles exist to create meaningful community rooted in faith, formation, and real life discipleship. We believe life change happens best in circles, where people are known, encouraged, challenged, and supported.

Leading a Circle is not just volunteering. It is a calling and a responsibility. Because of that, every Circle Leader is asked to walk through a shared preparation process so we can lead with unity, clarity, and care.

Below is the pathway for stepping into leadership within Abundant Circles.

Part 1: Next Steps
Next Steps is a required journey for anyone who desires to lead an Abundant Circle. This process ensures that every leader understands the heart of the church, the culture of Circles, and the expectations of leadership.

HEAR THE HEART
Understand the vision, values, and purpose of Abundant Circles and how Circles function as the church beyond the four walls.

Discover and Train
This step combines leadership discovery and Circle training. Leaders will explore how God has uniquely shaped them, identify their spiritual gifts, and learn how to practically lead a Circle.

This includes facilitation skills, creating healthy environments, using Circle resources, and shepherding people with wisdom and care.
Completion of Next Steps is required before moving forward as a Circle Leader.
Part 2: Circle Leader Application & Conversation
After completing Next Steps, you will be invited to complete a Circle Leader Application. This allows us to learn more about your journey, your heart for people, and the type of Circle you feel called to lead.

Once your application is reviewed, we will schedule a personal conversation to walk through expectations, support, and readiness for leadership.

Circles launch in seasons. Approved leaders are invited to lead when the next Circle season begins.
